The "CREDAI Youth Wing" - CYW was formed to bring together the next generation of real estate builders and developers and also to groom and nurture to become better professionals, ethical businessmen and true leaders in Real Estate. The Youth wing also aims to inculcate strong values and provides for a learning based environment for these young and bright developers. Youth Wing will ensure that our leaders of tomorrow will be well informed and knowledgeable with an open-mind and the strongest of the business values. CREDAI Gujarat looks towards its young members to strengthen the next wave of developers in our Association from the grass-root levels.

The CREDAI Youth STATECON `19 by central zone brings together the next generation of real estate builders and developers to enlighten their young minds and share their new age thinking and approach. Taking a cue from this, the theme for this CREDAI Youth STATECON `19 by central zone is “Time To Stand Out”. The new age Developers are not satisfied with just being good, they strive to be great. They want to make a difference to society and contribute to the country's growth. CREDAI Youth STATECON `19 by central zone provides the youth of the Industry with infinite opportunities to grow, infinite opportunities to learn and a platform for them to present their infinite thoughts.

About CREDAI Gujarat

Powering the real estate industry with 11,000 members across 27 City chapters and 12 intercity chapters. Established in 2011, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI Gujarat) is the apex body representing 11,000 private Real Estate developers spread across 27 city level chapters in Gujarat. It is apex real estate body that seeks to create a favorable policy climate to ensure housing for all. CREDAI Gujarat specially articulates the concerns of private housing providers. It has become the preferred platform with regard to state discourse on Housing and Habitat through strong networking with Government, Policy Makers, Investors, Financial Institutions and Real Estate Developers.
